Boundaries and Consent FOR Nudity (21+)
PRIOR TO YOUR SESSION:
You must be over the age of 21 to give consent to work with any level of nudity.
If you are open to working with any level of nudity (implied or explicit), you will be sent a boundaries and consent form which must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the session.
Other than to withdraw your consent, which maybe done at any time, any changes to the established boundaries must be made 48 hours prior to the session.
You may withdraw your consent at any time, prior or during your session, for any reason. No questions will be asked.
You must communicate any questions or concerns, no matter how trivial they may seem, before establishing your boundaries.
DURING YOUR SESSION:
You will never be asked to push past your established boundaries.
Presence of any person (i.e production assistants, hair and makeup artists, other subjects, friends, guests, etc.) other than the subject and the photographer, will be made known and agreed upon at least 48 hours prior to the session.
You may always say no to any suggestion of garments or poses, even if the suggestion is within the established boundaries.
You will be given adequate privacy and space to prepare for any depiction of nudity.
Other than to withdraw your consent, any decisions regarding established boundaries will not be made day of*
When you withdraw your consent, no questions will be asked. We will simply take a break, and when you’re ready, we’ll move onto something different.
* There is a chance that you could feel more or less safe on your session day, and that you may want to change your boundaries in the moment. In either case, you should be given adequate time to process and reconsider them outside of the space where possible undue pressure may exist. AFTER YOUR SESSION:
Your gallery will be password-protected to ensure that only you and anyone you’ve authorized will see any depiction of nudity.
Any unused material involving any level of nudity will be destroyed from your gallery and my computer / storage after all edited materials have been delivered.
